it's really pissing me off that the media and the American People are having trouble understanding that Obama wasn't elected in the most luxurious of situations. I mean, this brutha has got to get us out of a recession on top of maintaing his campaign promises- those which are notable and memorable, if not all of them. But i mean people are acting like everything he's doing is either wrong, or if it's right, the are forcing him to defend his answers. give him a chance and relax. 

The buzziest moment came about 35 minutes into the press conference when Ed Henry of CNN asked the President why he didn't spew outrage as soon as he learned about the AIG bonuses. Why, Mr. Henry asked, did the president wait several days before speaking out? The president, with an icy stare, responded that he "likes to know what he's talking about" before he speaks. It was a pretty testy exchange that brought about nervous laughter from the other reporters andsnarky responses from Twitterers. Boom! Next question.-Yahoo!

[ a year && a day]

so i only watched like maybe 2 of ti's shows on MTV but i have to say that a year and a day seem like a while without seeing the bankhead phenom. ima miss him. but he's got a few more days before his actual sentencing, && he's got btw 30-60 days to report to jail. 

his fam: domani,  messiah, dayjah, king , major philant, zominique (step daughter) will miss him as well. I'm glad God gave him a way/opportunity to redeem himself. 

i watched it tonight, and it was my first time seeing him and tiny--she seems down for her man, so we'll see. 

He'll be back, I'm glad he's getting it together.

i found myself here again. i visited the BWI  to the turks and caicos islands in the carib, former home of LisaRaye until her Prime Minister husband decided Rocsi would be a better move. i didn't respect that at all.... in august it was much warmer, which makes sense but either way im tan and it's amazing. once again, we're at The Somerset at Grace Bay. ocean view

penthouse. it's alright, relaxing, i enjoy vacationing at places unheard of or seldom visited. 

it's easy to get comfy here, greeted with cold towels and punch upon arrival, a chic boutique next to the front desk, complimentary DVDs, ipod decks in all rooms, private chefs, IGA grocery stores, and the island cuties. it's exclusive and very beautiful. I got to find a nigga to bring back here, i love it.

prom 2009

i was soo pissed about my attire for my junior prom last year..i mean i don't know what went wrong with my hair, and how much i HATED that dress...the only good thing that came of it was sharing the entire night with great friends and my fabo date Kenny Greene. 

this year, i want to be simple and sexy..no over -the-top dress, no hair extension, subtle make-up. just kill em silently... needless to say i'm excited. last year, new dress, same date. 

i'm kinda hype even though i'm not in control...may 2nd.

soo despite keri hilson's must public attack at beyonce/ciara (despite what she may say, or even what you may think) the ga peach is forever at work.

 however,  Given her good looks, admirable stilo and great music, i dont think we'll have to wait until  after her album drops to see whether she should stick to Clutch (the songwriting group she's a part of in atl) or whether she can indeed hold her own...i like her. ahh, and i LOVE "knock you down"
